’20:50′ presented in Saatchi Gallery’s 2003 home in County Hall on the south bank of the Thames, ADi tanked a wood panelled former council chamber in steel, sealed it with fibre glass and then the artist filled the room with oil. The reflection of the upper walls and ceiling are perfectly reflected in the surface of the oil causing the optical illusion that the viewing walkway is suspended.
