The key is in the word Brief.

A design brief is a project management document. Your project overview should include as much context as possible including background, purpose and objectives. The where, what, when and why of a specific request.

Do you have any design or technical specifications in mind?

Include any restraints such as budget, time line, display space and access to it.

Once we have a basic understanding of your project there will be questions and recommendations and we can begin a dialogue to discuss your requirements and begin to answer any questions you may have.
